Deer Park Avenue

Deer Park Avenue is a California-born sister rock duo known for their raw, honest songwriting and dynamic live performances. DPA channel the best of 90s grunge with an old-school punk energy, layered with punk, garage and pop moods.

After winning Hard Rock Cafe’s Battle of the Bands in Washington, D.C., Deer Park Avenue caught the attention of Zurich-based label Muve Recordings, signing with them to release their debut album, Conscious Mess, produced with Reto Peter (Green Day, Modest Mouse). Conscious Mess is an album that swings effortlessly from bright, sunny satire to unnervingly honest introspection. The stark contrast is a polarity that defines DPA as few other bands.

During the summers of 20/21, DPA supported Swiss superstars Stefanie Heinzmann, Stress, 77 Bombay Street and more, and played Open Air Gampel, one of Switzerland’s largest music festivals. The sisters are currently in the studio working on their next album.

Tribe Friday

Tribe Friday is a band of guitar-slinging emo kids from the woods of Sweden who marry the rugged indie rock dancehall sounds of the early 2000s with Gen Z post-pandemic party vibe bliss. Upbeat songs about self deprication, identity, confusion, love and death are anchored by sarcasm, wit and charm.

Tribe Friday debuted with the garage rock-ridden Trying Your Luck EP in mid-2019. The release was quickly followed by the band’s first US and EU tours, while also earning them a spot as openers for Swedish rock legends Mando Diao.

Despite COVID-19, 2020 also saw the band returning to the US for shows in NYC (at the legendary Mercury Lounge, home of The Strokes), and LA, where they played School Night—the tastemaker’s showcase which has previously seen the likes of Billie Eilish. The band wrapped up the year with a nomination for Group of the Year at the prestigious P3 Guld awards.
